Following a career in French industry, Laurent de Grave founded DGCF in 2015, which became EXSURGENS in 2019. Having completed a generalist degree after attending a preparatory class, Laurent de Grave served his military service as an officer in the French Navy.

He began his career as an auditor at PwC, working in particular in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, before spending around fifteen years in the industry (at head offices, business units and subsidiaries) in various central (primarily international oriented) and operational roles at Total, Valeo and Thales.

Attentive to the needs of local communities, EXSURGENS focuses its activities on the societal level, striving to make a contribution that helps address today’s challenges and promotes the economic development of stakeholders through a long-term approach in the service of the common good.

Committed to upholding the highest ethical standards, EXSURGENS promotes a responsible approach in its code of conduct and guiding principles. The company’s ethical approach is underpinned by two cornerstones: integrity and transparency.

  • Contribution to development or transformation projects
  • Support for managers and teams
  • Improved profitability
  • Contribution to the recovery of business activities
  • Audit / Consultancy
  • Acquisition projects
  • A responsible approach: business ethics, responsible procurement.
  • An attractive and motivating social model.
  • A high-quality working environment.
  • The environmental performance of operations and products: carbon footprint, circularity, eco-design.
  • Compliance with laws and regulations.

Independence requires us – for the benefit of our clients – to maintain a certain degree of detachment and to constantly strive to meet the demand for objectivity.

Telle une pierre angulaire, l’intégrité dans la relation avec nos clients allie la recherche de l’excellence du service et l’exigence morale que nous nous imposons comme fondement à un lien de confiance authentique.

Personal and professional responsibility reflects the care and attention we pay to the impact of our work on the components of the ecosystem in which we operate.

A few years ago, the head of a large company said: ‘The only certainty we can have when it comes to forecasting is that we will be wrong.’

Humility is a fundamental virtue in our relationship with our clients. We take care to provide them with the best possible service, whilst remaining true to ourselves.

Our contribution to value creation, which combines a creative approach with a spirit of innovation, drives us to strive for excellence in the performance of our services for the benefit of our clients.

Customer satisfaction is the driving force behind everything we do. Through this, and as part of our commitment to society, we contribute to the pursuit of the common good.
